We're Hiring: Sales Operations & Strategy Manager
We are looking for a dynamic professional to join our team as a Sales Ops & Strategy Manager. The ideal candidate will play a key role in driving strategic initiatives, enabling business growth, and ensuring smooth sales operations.
Key Responsibilities:
Market intelligence & competition mapping
Sales governance & process excellence
Data-driven insights & business analysis
Sales backend operations & reporting
Cross-functional collaboration to support growth strategy
Requirements:
3–5 years of relevant experience in sales operations/strategy/business analysis
MBA from a Tier 1 or Tier 2 institute (mandatory)
Strong analytical mindset with excellent communication skills
Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, high-growth environment
