We are seeking a dynamic and results-oriented Sales and Marketing Executive to join our team. The ideal candidate should have a minimum of 2 years of experience in sales and marketing, a positive attitude, excellent communication skills, and a willingness to travel. The role involves building and maintaining strong relationships with clients, achieving sales targets, and promoting our products/services effectively.

Responsibilities:

Client Relationship Management:

Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential clients.

Understand client needs and provide effective solutions.

Ensure customer satisfaction and address any concerns promptly.

Sales and Marketing:

Develop and implement effective sales and marketing strategies to achieve sales targets.

Conduct market research to identify potential clients and new business opportunities.

Promote and sell our products/services to target customers.

Communication:

Communicate product features and benefits clearly to clients.

Conduct product demonstrations and presentations.

Prepare and present proposals to clients.

Travel:

Willingness to travel to meet clients and attend industry events.

Represent the company professionally during client visits.

Reporting:

Provide regular reports on sales activities, achievements, and challenges.

Collaborate with the team to analyze market trends and competitor activities.

Qualifications:

Minimum of 2 years of experience in sales and marketing.

Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.

Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

Proven track record of meeting and exceeding sales targets.

Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Excellent negotiation and persuasion skills.
