Area Sales Officer

This is a great opportunity for someone with **at least one year of sales experience** who is passionate about building a rewarding career in the field of sales and customer relationship management.
**Key Responsibilities**:
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with dealers, distributors, and retailers in the assigned area.
- Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets by actively promoting company products.
- Identify new business opportunities and expand the customer base.
- Conduct regular market visits to ensure product visibility and customer engagement.
- Monitor competitor activity and provide valuable insights to the management.
- Ensure timely collection of payments and maintain healthy credit control.
- Prepare and submit daily, weekly, and monthly sales reports.
- Coordinate with internal teams for order fulfillment and after-sales support.
**Requirements**:
- **Minimum 1 year of experience** in field sales, preferably in building materials, FMCG, or industrial products.
- Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Self-motivated, target-oriented, and capable of working independently.
- Good understanding of local market dynamics.
- Proficient in MS Office and reporting tools.
- Own vehicle and willingness to travel extensively within the assigned area.
Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
