Key Responsibilities:

- Communicate with clients regarding overdue payments in a professional and courteous manner.
- Build rapport and maintain client relationships to facilitate timely payments.
- Coordinate with internal departments to address client concerns and resolve issues promptly.
- Keep detailed records of client interactions and payment agreements.
- Assist in developing strategies to streamline the payment process and reduce delays.

**Requirements**:

- Strong interpersonal skills and ability to empathize with clients.
- Prior experience in customer relations or debt collection preferred.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite and CRM software.
- Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.

Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹13,000.00 per month
