Job Description Senior Manager (Recruitment)

Location: Bangalore

Key Responsibilities

Lead and manage the end-to-end recruitment process for Bangalore operations.

Partner with business leaders to understand manpower requirements and deliver on time.

Drive bulk hiring, leadership hiring, and niche recruitment based on business priorities.

Build and maintain a strong talent pipeline through direct sourcing, referrals, headhunting, and recruitment partners.

Manage and guide the recruitment team to achieve daily/weekly/monthly targets.

Monitor and improve recruitment metrics sourcing funnel, walk-ins, offers, and onboardings.

Liaise with consultancies and external partners to ensure quality hires and cost efficiency.

Ensure faster TAT, quality of hire, and candidate experience in every recruitment cycle.

Create and maintain recruitment dashboards and reports for leadership review.

Desired Profile

1015 years of experience in recruitment/talent acquisition, with proven exposure to both volume and senior-level hiring.

Strong skills in team handling, target-driven hiring, and stakeholder management.

Good understanding of market mapping, sourcing strategies, and recruitment analytics.

Prior experience in real estate, construction, FMCG, retail, or other high-volume industries preferred.
