Role and Responsibilities:
The AVP cum HR at A3 Hiring will be responsible for leading the end-to-end recruitment and hiring process. Key responsibilities include:
  • Create comprehensive job descriptions for open positions
  • Source and attract qualified candidates through various channels
  • Conduct initial screening interviews to shortlist potential candidates
  • Collaborate with hiring managers to understand and fulfill their recruitment needs
  • Build and maintain a pipeline of potential candidates for future hiring
  • Stay updated with the latest recruiting trends and strategies to enhance effectiveness
  • Coordinate orientation and joining formalities for new hires
  • Conduct exit interviews and assist in exit formalities
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date applicant and interview data
  • Assist in performing reference and background checks for potential employees
  • Manage job postings on various job portals
  • Develop and maintain a strong network to headhunt passive candidates
Candidate Qualifications:
To excel in this role, the ideal candidate should possess:
  • A bachelor's degree in Human Resources or a related field
  • Proven experience in end-to-end recruitment and hiring
  • Strong networking and relationship-building skills
  • Familiarity with various job portals and sourcing techniques
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
