Job Overview:

We are looking for a passionate and result-driven Talent Acquisition Specialist to manage end-to-end recruitment for various roles across our real estate and construction projects. The ideal candidate will have experience hiring for technical, project management, and corporate roles within the construction or infrastructure domain.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage the full-cycle recruitment process from understanding manpower requirements to onboarding selected candidates.
  • Partner with hiring managers to define job descriptions, candidate profiles, and sourcing strategies.
  • Source, screen, and shortlist candidates through job portals, LinkedIn, references, and recruitment agencies.
  • Conduct preliminary interviews to assess candidates skills, cultural fit, and project readiness.
  • Coordinate technical and HR interview rounds and ensure a seamless candidate experience.
  • Maintain and update recruitment trackers, databases, and dashboards.
  • Build and maintain a strong talent pipeline for ongoing and upcoming construction projects.
  • Manage employer branding activities to attract top talent in the construction industry.
  • Negotiate offers, coordinate pre-joining formalities, and ensure timely onboarding.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to forecast manpower needs and plan proactive hiring.

Required Qualifications & Skills:

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field. MBA in HR preferred.
  • 3–7 years of hands-on recruitment experience, preferably in Non IT  / Infrastructure sectors.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Proficiency in recruitment tools and job portals (Naukri, LinkedIn, Indeed, etc.)
