Role Overview

As the Manager – GTM (Go-To-Market) Strategy, you will play a pivotal role in driving strategic initiatives that enhance the engagement and retention of our existing customer base. This role will work closely with the Customer Success (CS) team to create scalable processes, tools, and marketing interventions that improve client satisfaction, drive renewals, and optimize the customer journey. You will lead the Deal Desk function for existing clients, own the Goodera Knowledge Center for CS enablement, design lifecycle marketing campaigns, and support adoption of tools like HubSpot. This role demands a strategic thinker with strong execution capabilities and a passion for customer success.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Strategy Enablement & Knowledge Management

● Own and maintain the Goodera Knowledge Center for the CS team.

● Build and deliver Strategy Workshop modules and toolkits for internal use and client engagements.

● Target and execute up to 4 strategy workshops per year for the top 20–30 clients.

● Partner with CSMs to socialize and implement new content and tools.

  1. Deal Desk Management

● Lead the Deal Desk for existing customers.

● Drive renewal proposal creation, including pricing and commercial modeling.

● Manage on-demand campaign creation, in collaboration with cross-functional partners.

  1. Lifecycle Marketing & Client Engagement

● Design and implement client engagement workflows for different lifecycle stages:

○ First 30 days

○ First 6 months

○ Post 1-year steady-state clients

● Lead lifecycle marketing initiatives including:

○ Monthly newsletters

○ NPS surveys

○ Client event participation tracking (webinars, summits, podcasts, etc.)

  1. Platform Infrastructure & Insights

● Oversee HubSpot adoption and migration for the CS team.

● Partner with Finance to maintain accurate data in HubSpot:

○ Contracts and pricing info

○ Revenue realization vs invoicing

○ Renewal vs first-year periods

● Update Proposal and Workshop documents on Admin Hub for ease of access.

  1. Ad-hoc Strategic Support

● Conduct targeted research for high-priority clients (e.g., Amazon, IBM).

● Support internal and external communications and notifications tied to client milestones.

Qualifications & Skills

● 4–6 years of experience in Go-To-Market strategy, customer success operations, or B2B SaaS client engagement roles.

● Experience working with cross-functional teams across sales, marketing, customer success, and finance.

● Proficiency in tools like HubSpot, Salesforce, or similar CRM platforms.

● Strong analytical, communication, and project management skills.

● Ability to translate business needs into scalable processes and content.

● Comfort working in a fast-paced, startup-like environment.
