What You'll Do:

  • Lead Center Operations: Oversee the day-to-day management of an educational center, ensuring a high-quality learning experience for every student.
  • Build and Mentor a Team: Guide, motivate, and manage a team of instructors and staff, fostering a collaborative and supportive culture that delivers outstanding educational services.
  • Drive Student Engagement: Plan and coordinate educational events, workshops, and seminars to enhance student satisfaction and promote a vibrant community.
  • Manage Student Lifecycle: Handle all aspects of student enrollment, including admissions and fee collection, ensuring a seamless and welcoming process.
  • Analyze and Report: Maintain accurate records of student attendance and academic progress, and use data to inform operational improvements.
  • Increase Outreach: Generate leads and manage student inquiries, converting them into enrollments and helping grow our community.

Openings are at the following centers

  1. Central Line - Ambernath, Kalyan, Dombivali & Thane.

  2. Western Line - Andheri.

  3. Harbor Line - Chembur, Vashi & Nerul.

What You'll Need:

Minimum Qualifications

  • A Bachelor's degree in Education
  • Prior experience in an education industry is a plus
  • Freshers with good communication are also encouraged to apply.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Additional Skills

  • Experience with student relationship management (SRM) software or similar systems.
  • A proven ability to motivate and lead a team.
  • A deep passion for education and a commitment to student success.
