We operate in a high-performance, AI-driven marketing environment and are looking for a technically strong performance marketer who can run paid campaigns end-to-end and build automation workflows to support our growth objectives.

ROLE OVERVIEW

The Performance Marketing & Automation Specialist will own the planning, execution, optimization, and scaling of paid marketing campaigns across platforms such as Google, Meta, and LinkedIn. This role is responsible for driving qualified leads, improving funnel performance, managing budgets, and implementing automation workflows to support operational efficiency.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

  1. Paid Campaign Strategy & Execution

  2. Plan, launch, and optimize paid campaigns across Google (Search, Display), Meta Ads, and LinkedIn (if required).

  3. Execute PPC campaigns with strong keyword strategies, bidding strategies, and audience targeting.

  4. Write and test performance-driven ad copy.

  5. Collaborate with design and video teams to generate effective creatives.

  6. Conduct A/B testing for ad formats, audiences, headlines, and landing pages.

  7. Funnel Building & Optimization

  8. Map and optimize customer journeys from impression to MQL and SQL stages.

  9. Improve landing page performance and conversion rates.

  10. Identify funnel gaps and implement solutions to reduce drop-offs.

  11. Perform regular optimization to maintain and improve campaign ROI.

  12. Tracking, Analytics & Reporting

  13. Set up and manage tracking systems using UTM parameters, GA4, and Google Tag Manager.

  14. Ensure accurate data collection and attribution across campaigns.

  15. Produce weekly and monthly performance reports that highlight insights, trends, and recommendations.

  16. Maintain clear documentation of experiments and outcomes.

  17. Automation Workflows (Preferred, Not Mandatory)

  18. Set up automation workflows using Zapier, Make, HubSpot, or Zoho.

  19. Automate routing of leads from ads to CRM systems.

  20. Implement basic nurturing flows to improve MQL to SQL progression.

  21. Reduce manual processes through workflow automation.

  22. Cross-Functional Collaboration

  23. Work closely with the Marketing Strategist & Lead for campaign direction.

  24. Collaborate with designers and content teams for creative development.

  25. Coordinate with the social media team for audience insights.

  26. Work with sales teams to validate lead quality and refine targeting.

REQUIRED SKILLS & QUALIFICATIONS

Experience:1.5 – 2.5 years of hands-on experience running paid campaigns across Google Ads and Meta Ads.

Technical Skills (Must-Have):

  • Google Ads: Search, Display, Retargeting

  • Meta Ads Manager

  • PPC campaign execution and optimization

  • Keyword research and competitor analysis

  • Landing page optimization fundamentals

  • GA4 and Google Tag Manager

  • Strong analytical skills with proficiency in Excel/Google Sheets

  • Ability to write clear, performance-focused ad copy

Nice-to-Have:

  • LinkedIn Ads experience

  • Automation tools (Zapier, Make)

  • CRM experience (HubSpot, Zoho, etc.)

  • Dashboard creation (Looker Studio, Data Studio)

  • Experience with retargeting funnels

  • Familiarity with AI tools
