Job Title: Performance Marketing Specialist (Google Ads, Meta Ads, Data Analytics, SEO)

Job Overview:

We are seeking a highly skilled and data-driven Performance Marketing Specialist with expertise in Google Ads, Meta Ads, and data analytics. This role will drive online marketing strategies to increase our brand's reach, engagement, and conversion rates. The ideal candidate will have a strong analytical mindset, be proficient in optimizing ads for high ROI, and possess a deep understanding of SEO best practices to improve our organic visibility.

Responsibilities:

Paid Advertising Management:

Plan, execute, and optimize high-performing Google Ads and Meta Ads campaigns to drive targeted traffic and achieve business objectives.

Conduct ongoing keyword research, competitor analysis, and audience segmentation to maximize ad relevance and reduce cost per acquisition (CPA).

Perform A/B testing and experiment with ad creatives, formats, and bidding strategies to improve campaign performance.

SEO Optimization:

Collaborate with the content team to align SEO strategies with content marketing initiatives and ensure adherence to best practices.

Data Analytics and Reporting:

3+ Years of exp

Utilize Google Analytics, Google Tag Manager, and other analytics tools to track, measure, and analyze the performance of digital campaigns.

Prepare detailed reports and insights on campaign performance, website traffic, conversion rates, and other KPIs to inform decision-making and optimize ROI.

Identify trends, insights, and opportunities based on data analysis to guide future campaigns.

Cross-functional Collaboration:

Work closely with the marketing team to align campaigns with overall brand messaging and objectives.

Partner with content creators and designers to develop compelling ad copy, visuals, and landing pages that drive conversions.

Stay updated on industry trends, new ad formats, and emerging digital marketing strategies to keep campaigns innovative and competitive.

Requirements:

Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field.

3+ years of experience in digital marketing with a focus on Google Ads, Meta Ads, and data analytics.

  • Advanced proficiency in Google Analytics, Google Tag Manager, Google Ads, Facebook Business Manager, Meta ads and SEO tools (e.g., SEMrush, Ahrefs, Moz).
