Job Title: Reception Coordinator (Female Only)

Reports To: Admin / HR Manager

Job Summary:
We are looking for a female Reception Coordinator who will be the first point of contact for our organization. The ideal candidate should have a pleasant personality, strong communication skills, and the ability to manage front-office operations efficiently. Fluency in Kannada (local language) is mandatory, along with proficiency in English and Hindi.
Key Responsibilities:
- Greet and welcome visitors in a professional and friendly manner.
- Handle incoming phone calls, emails, and messages; direct them to the appropriate departments.
- Maintain the visitor logbook and manage appointment scheduling.
- Coordinate with internal departments for smooth office communication.
- Manage front office cleanliness and ensure a welcoming environment.
- Handle courier deliveries, incoming/outgoing mails, and dispatch records.
- Assist in basic administrative and clerical tasks such as filing, data entry, and documentation.
- Support HR or Admin departments with coordination tasks as required.
- Maintain confidentiality of all company and client information.
Requirements:
- Qualification: PUC / Diploma / Bachelor's Degree in any discipline.
- Experience: 1–3 years of experience in front office, reception, or admin roles.
- Languages:
- Kannada (mandatory)
- English and Hindi (preferred)
- Skills:
- Excellent verbal and written communication.
- Good interpersonal and customer-handling skills.
- Proficient in MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook).
- Well-groomed and presentable personality.
Preferred:
- Candidates residing locally or familiar with the area.
- Immediate joiners preferred.
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: ₹18, ₹20,000.00 per month
