Key Responsibilities:

ServiceNow Experience

  • 5- 8+ years of experience in ServiceNow platform management (ITSM/ITOM/ITAM).
  • 3+ years of experience leading operations or technical teams.
  • ServiceNow Certified System Administrator (required); Implementation Specialist (preferred).
  • Strong understanding of Agile methodologies and project management.
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.

Platform Management & Governance

  • Lead the sustainment and administration of the ServiceNow platform (ITSM, ITOM, ITAM, etc.).
  • Ensure platform stability, performance, and scalability.
  • Implement and enforce governance standards, security controls, and documentation protocols.
  • Serve as the escalation point for platform-related issues.

Strategic Planning & Execution

  • Collaborate with stakeholders to define platform roadmap and priorities.
  • Translate business needs into technical requirements and implementation plans.
  • Lead Agile development projects including sprint planning and backlog management.
  • Oversee relationships with ServiceNow integration partners and third-party vendors.

Operational Excellence

  • Develop and maintain operational checklists and deployment plans.
  • Monitor incident resolution processes and manage on-call schedules.
  • Ensure timely delivery of platform upgrades and enhancements.

Stakeholder Engagement

  • Act as the primary interface between business units and the ServiceNow team.
  • Present platform updates and strategic plans to executive stakeholders.
  • Facilitate effective communication across departments.
