Key Responsibilities

  • Guide students and parents in selecting appropriate courses and universities (India and abroad)
  • Conduct personalized counselling sessions via phone, video, and in-person
  • Understand student requirements and provide end-to-end guidance through application and admission processes
  • Convert leads into admissions through persuasive counselling and relationship management
  • Stay updated on course offerings, scholarship opportunities, visa regulations, and admission timelines
  • Maintain accurate records in CRM and provide weekly performance reports
  • Train and mentor junior counsellors and contribute to team development
  • Participate in webinars, educational fairs, and promotional events

Knowledge of countries like UK, USA, Germany, and Schengen for study abroad counselling

  • Fluency in regional languages is an advantage

  • Experience in organizing or speaking at career guidance events

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹12, ₹18,000.00 per month
