  • Develop leads, counselling, tele calling, batch arrangement.
  • Handling inquiries: handle inquiries, complaints, feedback, and suggestions from customers, either by phone, email, chat, or social media.
  • Improving relations: work to improve the organization's overall customer satisfaction ratings.
  • Resolving issues: resolve customer complaints quickly and efficiently.
  • Keeping customers updated: keep customers updated on the latest products in order to increase sales.
  • Understanding needs: understand key customer individual needs and address these.
  • Business reviews: conduct business reviews using CRM programs.
