Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Relationship Officer based in Trivandrum. The Relationship Officer will be responsible for managing business relationships, providing customer service, and handling financial-related matters. Daily tasks include communicating with clients, supporting them through the education financing process, and managing sales activities. The officer will also guide students on various products and services offered by GyanDhan, ensuring a seamless and informative experience.

  • Experience in Business Relationship Management and Finance
  • Strong Communication and Customer Service skills
  • Sales experience and the ability to guide and support clients
  • Excellent interpersonal and negotiation skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Finance, or related field
