Position: B2B outbound Sales & Channel Onboarding Executive
Hybrid Role | Bengaluru
This role is ideal for a proactive, confident sales professional with strong communication skills and a passion for the wellness industry. You will be responsible for converting qualified B2B leads, onboarding sub-distributors and retailers, and expanding our partner network across assigned territories.
Key Responsibilities
- Make outbound calls to assigned B2B leads in Ayurveda, nutraceutical, wellness, and herbal categories.
- Identify, engage, qualify, and onboard sub-distributors, retailers, and channel partners across assigned territories.
- Convert company-verified outbound leads through phone outreach, follow-ups, and relationship nurturing.
- Manage partner onboarding, documentation, activation, and support through CRM systems (Zoho preferred).
- Conduct market and territory research to identify gaps, emerging opportunities, and expansion prospects.
- Negotiate partnership terms, margins, trade structures, and onboarding conditions where applicable.
- Maintain accurate call logs, lead status updates, partner records, and performance reports in the CRM.
- Track distributor performance, ensure territory activation, and support partners for ongoing growth.
- Coordinate cross-functionally with internal teams to ensure smooth onboarding, order activation, and timely execution.
- Build and maintain long-term, trust-driven business relationships across the distribution ecosystem.
- Achieve and exceed monthly onboarding, conversion, and territory growth targets.
Qualifications & Skills
- Experience in
sales, channel onboarding, or business development - Background in
FMCG, Ayurveda, wellness, nutraceuticals, herbal products, or pharma distribution
preferred - Strong communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills
- Fluency in English and regional languages—Hindi, Tamil, and Telugu- is highly preferred
to communicate with diverse partners across India - Ability to work in a fast-paced, target-driven environment
- CRM proficiency (Zoho CRM preferred)
- A bachelor's degree in
Business, Marketing, Life Sciences, or related fields
