We're looking for a Business Development Executive with agency experience in app campaigns and AdTech knowledge to help us scale our business.
What You'll Do
- Identify and convert new business opportunities in app-based campaigns, performance marketing, and media buying.
- Leverage your network & expertise (Mobavenue, iCubesWire, or similar agency background preferred).
- Build strong relationships with advertisers, brands, and networks.
- Pitch BrandMongo's services to potential clients and close high-value deals.
- Stay updated on digital marketing & AdTech trends to position BrandMongo as a growth partner.
- Work closely with internal teams to ensure smooth campaign execution and client satisfaction.
What We're Looking For
- 1–3 years of experience in business development / sales at a marketing agency.
- Proven experience in app-based campaigns (CPI, CPA, programmatic, etc.).
- Good understanding of digital marketing, performance marketing, and AdTech platforms.
- Strong networking, negotiation, and presentation skills.
- A track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
- Self-starter who thrives in fast-paced, high-growth environments.
