Voice Process Noida (Sec 144)

Requirements:

  • Undergraduates with minimum 3 to 6 months BPO experience
  • Excellent English communication is mandatory

Salary & Benefits:

  • Attractive in-hand salary: Freshers 25,000 | Experienced up to 29,000 (without PF)
  • 5 Days Working
  • One-way cab provided
  • Travel Allowance up to 3,500 if candidates do not opt for cabs

Roles & Responsibilities:

  • Handle inbound international customer calls professionally
  • Resolve transportation-related queries efficiently
  • Maintain high-quality service delivery and meet KPIs
  • Update customer interactions accurately in the system
  • Ensure prompt and courteous responses to all customer issues
  • Collaborate with team members and escalate issues when required

Chat Process Noida (Sec 81)

Requirements:

  • Any UG or 12th Pass with 1 year international BPO chat experience
  • Minimum 6 months experience eligible for chat process
  • Typing speed and chat communication must be excellent

Salary & Benefits:

  • Package up to 4.3 LPA (Hike on last drawn salary – 30% or max 4.3 LPA)
  • 5 Days Working with 2 days rotational off
  • Both-way cab provided

Roles & Responsibilities:

  • Handle live chat queries from international customers efficiently
  • Resolve customer issues accurately and timely via chat
  • Maintain logs of interactions and update CRM accurately
  • Achieve chat KPIs including response time and customer satisfaction
  • Collaborate with team to ensure seamless process delivery
  • Provide product/process guidance to customers clearly
