is expanding its clinical research operations and seeking a
Feasibility Specialist
to support investigator identification, feasibility analysis, and site development activities across multiple therapeutic areas.

If you're detail-oriented, proactive, and passionate about clinical operations, this role offers strong growth and exposure to global studies.

1. Feasibility Conduct

  • Understand, analyze, and execute feasibility requests from Business Development and internal departments.
  • Review study protocols and synopsis to plan feasibility activities.
  • Identify potential investigators and coordinate directly with them.
  • Participate in teleconferences with clients/vendors as required.
  • Prepare and manage confidentiality agreements.
  • Discuss study details with investigators and collect essential feasibility insights.
  • Prepare, review, and manage feasibility questionnaires.
  • Coordinate study details, questionnaires, and related communication with sites.
  • Collate, analyze, and summarize investigator feedback into structured feasibility reports.
  • Share detailed reports with feasibility requestors.
  • Maintain documentation including contact reports, questionnaires, and communication logs.
  • Regularly update investigator databases and feasibility folders.
  • Provide ongoing status updates to relevant stakeholders.
  • Identify issues during feasibility and coordinate resolution with appropriate personnel.

2. New Site Identification

  • Proactively identify new sites based on business needs and therapeutic trends.
  • Conduct site evaluation visits and prepare internal trip reports with recommendations.
  • Document decisions and follow-up actions for all site visits.

3. Investigator Database Management

  • Support creation and expansion of the investigator database.
  • Regularly update and improve data accuracy, completeness, and site capability information.

4. Site Relationship Management

  • Monitor and document quality or relationship concerns related to feasibility or site identification.
  • Recommend and support corrective solutions.
  • Stay current with clinical research trends through reading, training, and professional meetings.
  • Perform additional study-related tasks or administrative duties as assigned by the supervisor.

What We're Looking For

  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Life Sciences, Biotechnology, Pharmacy, or related field.
  • Prior experience / Fresher in clinical research, feasibility, site management, or investigator development is preferred.
  • Strong communication and documentation skills.
  • Ability to analyze data, manage timelines, and coordinate across multiple stakeholders.
  • Proactive, organized, and comfortable engaging with investigators and clients.
