About the Role:

We are looking for a Full-Time Founder's Office Associate who thrives in an ever-changing environment, learns quickly, and can seamlessly move between strategy, operations, and product responsibilities in a single day. This role offers a unique opportunity to work closely with the Founder, gaining a comprehensive view of the entire business and actively contributing to critical initiatives across departments such as strategy, operations, finance, analytics, and more.

What You'll Do:

  • Assist the founder with day-to-day operations and special projects across multiple functions.
  • Conduct research, analyze data, and prepare reports or presentations to support strategic decisions.
  • Coordinate and communicate with teams including marketing, product, and operations for seamless execution.
  • Contribute to campaign planning, strategy formulation, vendor interactions, and market outreach efforts.
  • Draft internal communications and help maintain documentation.
  • Support data tracking, performance monitoring, quality control, and process improvement initiatives.
  • Assist with inventory management and oversee shipping schedules to ensure timely delivery.
  • Occasionally accompany the founder in meetings or external events.
  • Take ownership of urgent or adhoc tasks that align with key growth priorities.
  • Manage and coordinate workmen or other operational staff when needed.

  • Strong analytical skills with comfort in spreadsheets, data tools and deriving actionable insights.
  • High ownership and a bias for action — you don't wait to be told what to do.
  • Curiosity, hustle, and the ability to wear multiple hats across business functions.
  • Managerial skills with the capability to supervise and handle operational teams.
  • Excellent communication, organization, and adaptability in a fast-paced startup environment.
