Key Responsibilities

  • Identify and generate new leads through networking, cold calling, and market research.
  • Meet and exceed sales targets on a monthly and quarterly basis.
  • Engage with potential customers to understand their needs and recommend suitable products/services.
  • Present, promote, and sell products/services using solid sales techniques.
  • Maintain strong relationships with existing and new clients to ensure repeat business.
  • Conduct product demonstrations and presentations to prospective customers.
  • Negotiate and close deals while ensuring profitability.
  • Prepare sales reports, forecasts, and maintain accurate CRM records.
  • Collaborate with internal teams (marketing, operations, support) to ensure customer satisfaction.
  • Stay updated with market trends, competitor activities, and industry developments.

Required Skills & Qualifications

  • Proven experience as a Sales Executive, Business Development Executive, or similar role.
  • Strong communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
  • Ability to build and maintain customer relationships.
  • Goal-oriented with a target-driven mindset.
  • Knowledge of CRM software and sales processes (preferred).
  • Self-motivated and able to work independently.
  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or relevant field (preferred).
