About the Role:

We are looking for a proactive and customer-focused Customer Relations Executive to join our team at Protekz. The ideal candidate will act as a vital link between our customers and internal departments — understanding customer requirements, coordinating order fulfillment, and ensuring smooth communication.

This position is ideal for individuals who are self-motivated, customer-oriented, and eager to grow in a B2B business environment.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Serve as the primary contact for assigned customers.
  • Understand and document customer requirements accurately.
  • Coordinate with internal teams (Sales, Accounts, Production, and Logistics) to ensure timely delivery.
  • Raise invoices, follow up on payments, and maintain records in Tally or Udyog software.
  • Monitor and support sales performance, assisting in achieving targets.
  • Handle and resolve customer complaints or queries promptly and professionally.
  • Maintain updated customer databases and reports using MS Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
  • Take initiative in identifying issues and solving them without constant supervision.
  • Foster long-term customer relationships and encourage repeat business.
  • Required Skills & Competencies
  • Excellent written and verbal communication in English; Kannada and Hindi preferred.
  • Proficiency in MS Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
  • Working knowledge of Tally ERP and Udyog software is an advantage.
  • Strong coordination and multitasking ability.
  • Self-initiator and problem solver with a customer-first mindset.
  • Good interpersonal skills and ability to work with cross-functional teams.

Education & Experience:

  • BBA / B.Com / B.E – Mandatory
  • MBA in Marketing or Sales – Preferred
  • 0 to 1 year experience in customer service, coordination, or B2B sales support roles.
