The Customer Relationship Manager will act as the central liaison between clients, vendors (both domestic and international), and the internal logistics team. The CRM ensures that every relocation process — from documentation to post-delivery — is smooth, transparent, and executed to Global Pet Cab's professional standards.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Client Relationship Management

Serve as the primary point of contact for clients throughout their relocation journey.

Provide real-time updates on pet movement and documentation status.

Maintain high-quality communication and resolve any client concerns promptly.

Build and retain long-term client relationships through empathy and professionalism.

  1. Vendor & Partner Management

Oversee and manage domestic vendors including crate suppliers, veterinary partners, ground transporters, and AQCS handlers.

Coordinate with international agents and airline vendors for scheduling, documentation, and customs procedures.

Negotiate vendor rates, maintain vendor databases, and ensure service-level adherence.

Regularly assess vendor performance and take corrective actions where necessary.

  1. Operational Oversight

Supervise end-to-end relocation operations including crate delivery, pickup, airport handling, and export/import documentation.

Ensure compliance with IATA, airline, and AQCS regulations.

Monitor timelines and coordinate between internal teams for smooth execution.

Handle pre-departure checklists and ensure all documentation is in order.

  1. Sales & Post-Sales Coordination

Assist the sales team in quote follow-ups and client onboarding.

Manage post-sales coordination to ensure consistent service until relocation completion.

Gather client feedback post-relocation and work on service improvements.

Coordinate with the finance team for invoices, vendor settlements, and payment tracking.

  1. International Communication & Coordination

Maintain seamless communication with overseas agents in the USA, UK, UAE, Europe, and Asia.

Share complete documentation, travel itineraries, and pet details for coordination.

Ensure consistent brand representation of Global Pet Cab in all international correspondence.

Compensation Structure:

Annual CTC: ₹6,00,000 – ₹6,50,000 (₹50,000 – ₹54,000 per month approximately)

Performance Incentives: Based on quarterly customer satisfaction and operational efficiency.
