Role and Responsibilities: We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Customer Relations Manager to join our team. As a Customer Relations Manager, you will be responsible for developing and maintaining longterm business relationships, serving as an internal advocate and client liaison for our clients. Your key responsibilities will include:
  • Reviewing feedback across the center and providing help and advice to customers and staff
  • Crafting resolution plans for customer issues and ensuring effective communication with customers through various channels
  • Analyzing customer satisfaction data, identifying trends and issues, and implementing improvements to customer service procedures
  • Handling customer complaints and feedback, resolving issues, and issuing refunds or compensations
  • Maintaining accurate records of customer interactions and producing written information for customers
  • Leading or supervising a team to deliver highstandard customer service
  • Learning about our organizations products or services and staying updated with industry trends
  • Driving customer retention and reacquisition strategies
Candidate Qualifications: To be successful in this role, you should have:
  • Proven working experience as a guest relations or customer relationship manager
  • Experience in providing customer service support
  • Excellent knowledge of management methods and techniques
  • Proficiency in English
  • Working knowledge of customer service software, databases, and tools
  • Awareness of the industrys latest technology trends
  • Ability to think strategically and lead effectively
  • Strong clientfacing and communication skills
  • Advanced troubleshooting and multitasking skills
