Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for a Sales & Client Relations Executive located in Gurugram.
We're looking for
Field Sales Agents
who can be the face of Landszo in the market.
you'll be responsible for driving on-ground business development by meeting
builders, agents, and property consultants
, introducing them to
Landszo's platform
, and converting them into long-term partners.
This is a front-line sales role where you'll represent Landszo, build strong relationships, and help expand our presence across the
real estate ecosystem
.
Requirements:
- Identify and connect with builders, real estate agents, and property consultants in your region
- Pitch
Landszo's marketing and subscription solutions
to potential partners - Conduct in-person meetings, demos, and presentations
- Negotiate pricing and close subscription deals
- Build and maintain long-term client relationships to drive renewals and referrals
- Gather feedback and market insights to help improve Landszo's offerings
- Meet monthly sales and partnership targets
Qualifications
- Skills in Business Relationship Management and Account Management
- Experience in Client Relations and Relationship Building
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Proven track record in sales or business development
- Self-driven with strong sales and target orientation
- Candidates with up to 2 or more years of experience in Real Estate are welcome,
subscription selling is an advantage.
