We are seeking a dynamic and customer-focused Client Relations Executive to join our high-performing sales and relationship management team.

Roles and Responsibilities:

  • Conduct model apartment presentations and explain site layouts to potential clients.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with direct clients and channel partners.
  • Understand client needs, preferences, and investment goals to provide customized solutions.
  • Plan, design, and execute sales and engagement activities based on client requirements and market insights.
  • Ensure client retention by delivering exceptional service and maintaining long-term relationships.
  • Accompany clients during site visits and sales gallery tours to provide end-to-end support.
  • Follow up with potential clients for site visits, discussions, and deal closures.
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date client records and manage follow-ups through the entire booking process.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure smooth communication and customer satisfaction.
  • Demonstrate enthusiasm, energy, and a result-oriented approach in all interactions.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelors degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field (preferred).
  • 1–5 years of experience in real estate, client servicing, or luxury sales (real estate background preferred).
