Role Description

We are looking for a dynamic and articulate PR Intern / Executive to join our communications team. The ideal candidate is a self-starter with strong writing skills, a creative mindset, and a keen interest in media, technology, and brand storytelling. You will assist in executing Orbit Techsol's PR strategy, managing media relations, and supporting external communications initiatives.

Key responsibilities

  • Support the planning and execution of PR campaigns, media outreach, and events.
  • Draft press releases, media notes, and thought leadership articles.
  • Monitor media coverage and prepare daily/weekly media reports.
  • Maintain and update media databases and influencer lists.
  • Assist in creating engaging content for LinkedIn, website, and newsletters.
  • Coordinate interviews, press meets, and speaking opportunities.
  • Research industry trends, competitor coverage, and news opportunities.
  • Support in building brand visibility across key technology and business media.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Mass Communication, Public Relations, Journalism, or related field from a reputed college.
  • 0–1 year of relevant experience in PR, communications, or digital marketing (agency or corporate).
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Strong media awareness and understanding of digital PR.
  • Proficient in MS Office and social media tools (LinkedIn, Canva, Google Suite).
  • Enthusiastic, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple tasks.
