Role & responsibilities

  • Lead and develop the overall PR and corporate communication strategy to build and protect the organization's reputation.
  • Increase brand visibility through consistent and positive media coverage.
  • Maintain strong relationships with media, industry stakeholders, and communication partners.
  • Ensure the complete brand communication strategy matches the company's tone, values, concept, perception, consumer aspiration, and company guidelines.
  • Support leadership visibility through interviews, articles, panel discussions, and thought leadership content.
  • Respond to media queries and manage communication during sensitive or crisis situations.
  • Plan and execute press conferences, media briefings, and key public events.
  • Work closely with marketing to develop campaigns and messaging that connect with the public.
  • Manage PR agencies and internal communication teams to ensure unified brand storytelling.
  • Ideate and handle (with marketing) concept-driven campaigns, track coverage, monitor brand perception, and provide regular reports to leadership.

Preferred candidate profile

  • A seasoned communications professional with 15-20 years of proven expertise in PR, corporate communications, media engagement, and brand reputation management.
  • Demonstrated ability to lead in high-visibility, high-impact roles and influence narratives in fast-paced, public-facing organizations.
