We're Hiring: Sales Operations Manager (Noida | US Shift)

We're looking for a 
Sales Operations Manager
 to streamline and power our sales engine If you're passionate about CRM excellence, data accuracy, and process efficiency — this role is for you.

Shift:
 6 PM – 3 AM IST (U.S. Time Zone)

Location:
 Noida (Onsite)

What You'll Do:

  • Manage and optimize 
    HubSpot (preferred)
     and 
    Salesforce
     CRMs.
  • Handle 
    lead assignment, sequencing, and reporting
     for the sales team.
  • Build 
    management dashboards
    , monitor pipeline health, and track KPIs.
  • Support sales forecasting, territory planning, and performance tracking.
  • Collaborate with marketing and sales teams to improve the lead-to-close process.

What We're Looking For:

  • 4+ years of experience in 
    Sales Ops or RevOps
     roles.
  • Strong hands-on skills in 
    HubSpot
     and 
    Salesforce
    .
  • Excellent with 
    data, reports, and process automation
    .
  • Great communication and problem-solving attitude.
  • Comfortable working in 
    U.S. hours
    .
