Key Requirements & Qualifications:

  • Experience: Minimum of 3 years proven experience in a sales role, preferably within the jewellery or luxury retail sector.
  • Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and interpersonal communication skills in Malayalam and English (additional languages are a plus). Must be able to articulate product features and build rapport effectively.
  • Client Understanding: Demonstrated ability to understand and anticipate client needs, providing a personalized and exceptional shopping experience. Must possess strong active listening skills.
  • Personality & Presentation: A good personality with a professional, trustworthy, and pleasant demeanor. Candidates should be well-groomed and represent the brand with integrity.
  • Product Knowledge: Familiarity with various types of gold jewellery, purity standards, and current market trends is highly advantageous.

Role Responsibilities:

  • Achieve and exceed assigned sales targets for gold jewellery.
  • Greet customers warmly and assist them in selecting suitable jewellery based on their preferences and budget.
  • Provide detailed and accurate information about product features, pricing, and after-sales services.
  • Build and maintain strong, long-lasting relationships with customers.
  • Handle cash transactions and manage point-of-sale processes accurately.
  • Ensure the display and presentation of jewellery are appealing and well-maintained.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹20, ₹25,000.00 per month
