About the Role

We are looking for highly motivated Sales & Marketing Executives to support our business development and client engagement activities in the diamond jewellery sector.

The role involves regular travel, client meetings across different cities/states, participation in exhibitions, and supporting overall sales growth.

Key Responsibilities

  • Meet existing and new clients across various regions and present the product collections.
  • Build and maintain strong customer relationships through regular follow-ups.
  • Understand client requirements, share product details, and assist in order finalisation.
  • Promote new designs, schemes, and brand initiatives.
  • Participate in jewellery exhibitions and represent the brand professionally.
  • Identify new market opportunities and gather market insights.
  • Maintain accurate records for visits, enquiries, and follow-ups.
  • Submit daily/weekly sales activity reports to the reporting manager.
  • Coordinate with internal departments for order status updates and client communication.

Required Skills & Competencies

  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Confidence in client-facing interactions and product presentations.
  • Pleasant personality and customer-centric approach.
  • Good negotiation and relationship-building ability.
  • Basic proficiency in MS Excel, email writing, and WhatsApp Business.
  • Ability to manage travel schedules and conduct field visits independently.
  • Discipline, professionalism, and willingness to learn.

Language Requirements

  • Malayalam – Mandatory
  • English – Mandatory
  • Hindi / Tamil / Kannada – Added advantage

Education

  • Any graduate (BBA/B.Com/MBA preferred but not compulsory).
  • Freshers with strong communication skills and willingness to travel may also apply.

Experience

  • 0–3 years in sales, marketing, or customer-facing roles.
  • Experience in jewellery / luxury products / design-focused industries will be an advantage (not mandatory).
