**Job Summary**:
The Collection Executive is responsible for ensuring timely collection of payments from clients/customers. The role involves communicating with clients, resolving billing issues, and maintaining accurate records of collection activities.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Contact customers to follow up on outstanding invoices.
- Maintain records of collection activities and update the internal database.
- Resolve customer queries related to billing and payments.
- Collaborate with the sales and finance teams to reconcile accounts.
- Generate reports on collection status and delinquent accounts.
- Negotiate payment plans when necessary.
- Escalate problematic accounts to the Collection Manager.

**Qualifications**:

- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Commerce, or related field.
- Proven experience in a similar role (1-3 years preferred).
- Strong communication and negotiation skills.
- Knowledge of accounting and billing procedures.
- Proficiency in MS Office and accounting software (e.g., Tally, SAP, QuickBooks).
