Job Summary

We are seeking a well-presented and customer-focused Showroom Sales Executive for our jewellery outlet in Panampilly Nagar. The ideal candidate should have excellent communication skills, strong sales ability, and prior experience in jewellery or retail showroom operations.

Key Responsibilities

  • Greet customers warmly and understand their requirements to recommend suitable jewellery options.
  • Demonstrate product features, purity standards, pricing, and offers in a professional manner.
  • Assist customers in selecting jewellery based on their preferences and budget.
  • Maintain product displays, ensuring all items are clean, tagged, and arranged attractively.
  • Manage billing, invoicing, and basic documentation as required.
  • Handle customer queries, complaints, and after-sales support.
  • Achieve individual and showroom sales targets.
  • Ensure showroom hygiene, safety standards, and adherence to company policies.
  • Coordinate with the showroom manager for stock updates, replenishment, and promotions.

Skills & Requirements

  • Minimum 2 years of sales experience, preferably in a jewellery showroom or retail sector.
  • Strong communication skills and customer relationship management.
  • Pleasant personality with confidence in handling premium customers.
  • Basic knowledge of jewellery (gold, diamond, silver) is an added advantage.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced retail environment with professionalism.
