The Showroom Sales Executive will be responsible for managing the sales of air conditioning units and related products within the showroom. The role requires providing excellent customer service, understanding client requirements, and offering suitable solutions while maintaining the showroom’s standards.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Greet and assist walk-in customers in the showroom.
- Understand customer needs and recommend suitable AC units and related products.
- Explain product features, warranties, and pricing to customers.
- Provide product demonstrations when required.
- Achieve monthly and annual sales targets.
- Maintain up-to-date knowledge of product specifications, offers, and new arrivals.
- Prepare quotations, invoices, and sales reports.
- Follow up with potential customers to close sales deals.
- Coordinate with the warehouse team for product availability and delivery schedules.
- Ensure the showroom is clean, well-organized, and products are displayed attractively.
- Handle customer complaints professionally and escalate when necessary.
- Work closely with the sales team and management to plan promotional strategies.
- Stay informed about competitors’ products and pricing.

**Requirements**:

- **Gender**: Male only.
- **Education**: High school diploma or above.
- **Experience**: Minimum 2-3 years of showroom sales experience (preferably in AC or home appliances sector).
- **Language**: Proficiency in English
- **Technical Knowledge**: Basic understanding of air conditioning units, HVAC systems, and related products.
- **Skills**:

- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Customer service orientation.
- Ability to work under pressure and meet sales targets.
- Good computer skills (MS Office, sales software).

Pay: ₹40,000.00 - ₹41,000.00 per month
