Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for a Sales Manager based in Chennai. The Sales Manager will oversee and manage sales operations, build and maintain client relationships, develop and implement sales strategies, and meet revenue targets. Daily responsibilities include identifying business opportunities, positioning the company's services, working closely with cross-functional teams, and regularly reporting sales performance metrics to leadership. The role also requires collaboration with stakeholders to ensure customer satisfaction and alignment with company objectives.
Qualifications
- Proven expertise in sales strategy development, customer relationship management, and business development.
- Strong negotiation, communication, and presentation skills.
- Experience in the MEP industry or related fields is highly desired.
- Familiarity with MEP services such as HVAC, fire systems, plumbing, and associated products or solutions is an advantage.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet set revenue and performance targets.
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Engineering, or a related field is preferred.
- Proven track record in meeting or exceeding sales quotas and goals.
