Job description:
ROLES AND RESPONSIBILITIES (Preferred Female)
- Handle customer queries and provide prompt resolution with a professional
approach.
- Manage pre-sales and post-sales customer interactions.
- Maintain regular communication with clients regarding project updates, payments, documentation, and handovers.
- Build and maintain strong client relationships to ensure customer satisfaction and loyalty.
- Coordinate with sales, accounts, and site teams for smooth execution of customer requirements.
- Ensure timely collection of payments as per schedule and send reminders when required.
- Manage customer database, track interactions, and update records in CRM software.
- Address grievances and escalate issues to management when needed.
- Assist in organizing site visits, client meetings, and property handovers.
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: ₹20, ₹25,000.00 per month
