About the Role:
We're seeking a dynamic and results-driven Sales Manager to lead our real estate sales operations. The ideal candidate will have deep market knowledge, a proven track record in property sales, and strong leadership skills to manage and motivate a growing team.
Responsibilities:
Lead and manage the sales team to achieve monthly and quarterly targets
Develop and execute strategic sales plans for residential and commercial projects
Build and maintain relationships with clients, brokers, and channel partners
Oversee lead generation, follow-ups, site visits, and deal closures
Monitor market trends and competitor activity to refine sales strategies
Ensure accurate documentation and legal compliance for all transactions
Collaborate with marketing and operations teams to optimize campaigns and customer experience
Requirements:
Minimum 5 years of experience in real estate sales
Strong leadership and team management skills
Excellent communication, negotiation, and closing abilities
Familiarity with CRM tools, digital marketing funnels, and local property laws
Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines
Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field (preferred)
