About the Role:

We're seeking a dynamic and results-driven Sales Manager to lead our real estate sales operations. The ideal candidate will have deep market knowledge, a proven track record in property sales, and strong leadership skills to manage and motivate a growing team.

Responsibilities:

  • Lead and manage the sales team to achieve monthly and quarterly targets

  • Develop and execute strategic sales plans for residential and commercial projects

  • Build and maintain relationships with clients, brokers, and channel partners

  • Oversee lead generation, follow-ups, site visits, and deal closures

  • Monitor market trends and competitor activity to refine sales strategies

  • Ensure accurate documentation and legal compliance for all transactions

  • Collaborate with marketing and operations teams to optimize campaigns and customer experience

Requirements:

  • Minimum 5 years of experience in real estate sales

  • Strong leadership and team management skills

  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and closing abilities

  • Familiarity with CRM tools, digital marketing funnels, and local property laws

  • Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field (preferred)
