Roles & Responsibilities:

  • Handle patient inquiries through calls, WhatsApp,
  • Provide accurate information about doctors, timings, procedures, and services.
  • Schedule and confirm OPD appointments; coordinate with doctors and front office.
  • Follow up on leads for surgeries, procedures, and health checkups to ensure conversions.
  • Maintain complete and accurate patient/lead data in CRM software or Excel trackers.
  • Make reminder calls, feedback calls, and follow-up calls as per hospital protocols.
  • Support marketing campaigns by contacting digital leads and promoting offers/camps.
  • Handle patient concerns professionally and escalate to concerned departments if required.
  • Prepare daily/weekly reports on inquiries, appointments, and conversions.
  • Coordinate with multi-branch teams for referral patients and appointment scheduling.
  • Maintain high standards of customer service and communication.

Required Skills

  • Excellent communication skills (Tamil & English).
  • Good telephone etiquette.
  • Ability to handle patients with empathy and patience.
  • Target orientation and follow-up skill.
  • Qualification: Any degree
  • Experience: 1 to 2 years

Job Types: Full-time, Fresher

Pay: ₹16, ₹20,000.00 per month
