As a CRM Executive at Sanchu Animal Hospital, CRM will play a crucial role in fostering strong relationships with our customer and ensuring their satisfaction throughout their journey with us. the primary responsibilities will include:
- Build and maintain positive customer relationships through effective communication and personalized assistance.
- Address customer inquiries and concerns promptly and professionally, ensuring efficient resolution.
- Act as a reliable point of contact for customers, providing support and guidance as needed.
- Maintain accurate records of customer information and billing in the software system.
- Coordinate with internal teams, including Doctors, Groomers, Vet Assistant and housekeeping staff to ensure seamless service delivery and customer satisfaction.
- Follow up with customers to gather feedback and ensure satisfaction with services.
- Proactively identify opportunities to enhance the customer experience and exceed expectations.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of CRM area by coordinating with housekeeping.
- Provide excellent communication via email, calls, chat, and CRM platforms.
- Coordinate customer appointments and ensure smooth functioning of the unit.
- Demonstrate pet-friendly behaviour and welcoming gestures to customers.
- Handle mailing, WhatsApp messages, and billing software proficiently.
- Availability on weekends as needed.
- Must possess excellent verbal and written communication skills in English and local language.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment while meeting deadlines.
