As a CRM Executive at Sanchu Animal Hospital, CRM will play a crucial role in fostering strong relationships with our customer and ensuring their satisfaction throughout their journey with us. the primary responsibilities will include:

  • Build and maintain positive customer relationships through effective communication and personalized assistance.
  • Address customer inquiries and concerns promptly and professionally, ensuring efficient resolution.
  • Act as a reliable point of contact for customers, providing support and guidance as needed.
  • Maintain accurate records of customer information and billing in the software system.
  • Coordinate with internal teams, including Doctors, Groomers, Vet Assistant and housekeeping staff to ensure seamless service delivery and customer satisfaction.
  • Follow up with customers to gather feedback and ensure satisfaction with services.
  • Proactively identify opportunities to enhance the customer experience and exceed expectations.
  • Maintain cleanliness and organization of CRM area by coordinating with housekeeping.
  • Provide excellent communication via email, calls, chat, and CRM platforms.
  • Coordinate customer appointments and ensure smooth functioning of the unit.
  • Demonstrate pet-friendly behaviour and welcoming gestures to customers.
  • Handle mailing, WhatsApp messages, and billing software proficiently.
  • Availability on weekends as needed.
  • Must possess excellent verbal and written communication skills in English and local language.
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment while meeting deadlines.
