Job Summary
We are seeking a motivated and customer-focused individual to join our team as a
Customer Service Agent – Blended Process
. In this role, you will handle both voice and non-voice interactions including inbound/outbound calls, emails, chats, and social media queries. Your primary goal will be to deliver excellent customer service, resolve issues effectively, and ensure customer satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities
Handle customer queries via calls, emails, chat, and social media (as applicable).

Resolve customer complaints and provide accurate product/service information.

Process orders, forms, applications, and requests.

Follow communication scripts, policies, and procedures.

Escalate complex or unresolved issues to the appropriate department.

Maintain detailed and accurate records of customer interactions.

Meet or exceed KPIs including response time, resolution rate, and customer satisfaction scores.

Work collaboratively with team members and other departments to ensure seamless customer experience.

Stay updated on company products, policies, and procedures.

Requirements
Education:
High school diploma or equivalent; Bachelor's degree preferred.

Skills
Excellent communication skills (verbal and written).

Good typing speed and computer literacy.

Problem-solving and active listening skills.

Ability to multitask and handle pressure in a fast-paced environment.

Familiarity with CRM tools and ticketing systems is a plus.
