Role Description

We are looking for a detail-oriented and reliable
Data Entry Operator
to support our Extended Producer Responsibility (EPR) operations. The role involves uploading recycler data on the EPR portal, ensuring accuracy and coordinating with internal teams to maintain seamless data management and reporting.

Key Responsibilities:

●     Upload and update recycler data on the
EPR portal
accurately and in a timely manner.

●     Ensure all entries are
error-free
, properly formatted, and compliant with portal requirements.

●     Maintain and organize data records systematically for easy access and audit readiness.

●     Coordinate with the
operations and compliance teams
to verify and validate uploaded data.

●     Identify and report any discrepancies or portal issues for quick resolution.

●     Prepare and share
regular progress updates and reports
with the EOSA team.

Support in documentation, filing, and maintaining proof of uploads and transactions.

Requirements:

●     Graduate in any discipline (preferably Commerce, Environmental Studies or Data Management).

●     1–2 years of experience in
data entry or compliance operations
(experience with EPR portals will be an added advantage).

●     Strong attention to detail and accuracy.

●     Good working knowledge of
MS Excel

Google Sheets
, and basic digital tools.

●     Ability to work collaboratively in a team and meet deadlines.

●     Excellent communication and reporting skills.
