- Own monthly revenue & admissions targets
- Manage a team of Inside Sales / Admission Counsellors
- Monitor daily lead flow, follow-ups, demos, trial classes & closures
- Improve funnel metrics: leads demos conversions renewals
- Run consumer campaigns: WhatsApp, webinars, referral programs, influencers
- Daily sales review: call audits, pitch improvement, objection handling
- CRM management
Operations
- Student onboarding, payment collection, batch scheduling, LMS activation
- Coordinate with tutors/trainers for live classes & content delivery
- Track attendance, assignments, exams, certificates
- Manage customer escalations, refunds, class reschedules
- Improve retention, completion rates, and student outcomes
Customer Experience
- Reduce drop-offs during trial paid stage
- Improve NPS, Google reviews, referral sales
- student engagement
- Proactive communication: reminders, progress reports, class updates
Team Management
- Manage Inside Sales + Ops team
- Hiring, training, performance reviews, incentive planning
- Build SOPs for sales calls, onboarding, delivery
- Daily reporting: revenue, funnel metrics, forecasting
