  • Own monthly revenue & admissions targets
  • Manage a team of Inside Sales / Admission Counsellors
  • Monitor daily lead flow, follow-ups, demos, trial classes & closures
  • Improve funnel metrics: leads demos conversions renewals
  • Run consumer campaigns: WhatsApp, webinars, referral programs, influencers
  • Daily sales review: call audits, pitch improvement, objection handling
  • CRM management

Operations

  • Student onboarding, payment collection, batch scheduling, LMS activation
  • Coordinate with tutors/trainers for live classes & content delivery
  • Track attendance, assignments, exams, certificates
  • Manage customer escalations, refunds, class reschedules
  • Improve retention, completion rates, and student outcomes

Customer Experience

  • Reduce drop-offs during trial paid stage
  • Improve NPS, Google reviews, referral sales
  • student engagement
  • Proactive communication: reminders, progress reports, class updates

Team Management

  • Manage Inside Sales + Ops team
  • Hiring, training, performance reviews, incentive planning
  • Build SOPs for sales calls, onboarding, delivery
  • Daily reporting: revenue, funnel metrics, forecasting
