Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role for a Customer Coordinator, located in Chennai. The Customer Coordinator will be responsible for managing customer satisfaction and support, ensuring effective communication with clients, and providing exceptional customer service. Day-to-day tasks include addressing customer queries, resolving issues, maintaining customer records, and facilitating smooth operations within the packaging and logistics domain.
Qualifications
- Strong communication and customer service skills
- Experience in providing customer satisfaction and support
- Analytical skills to evaluate customer needs and improve services
- Ability to maintain organized customer records and handle on-site responsibilities
- Excellent interpersonal and problem-solving abilities
- Familiarity with the packaging industry and knowledge of sustainable practices is an advantage
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Communications, or a related field preferred
