About the Role:

We're seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Operations & Customer Service Coordinator to oversee the complete order lifecycle for our international fine jewelry business. You will serve as the bridge between customers, vendors, and internal teams — ensuring every order is produced, tracked, and delivered seamlessly, while providing exceptional service at every touchpoint.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Coordinate with vendors and the manufacturing team to ensure timely production and quality control.
  • Manage customer orders from confirmation to delivery, ensuring smooth operations and on-time fulfillment.
  • Act as the primary point of contact for customers — providing updates, handling inquiries, and resolving any order-related concerns.
  • Communicate proactively with customers regarding production status, delivery timelines, and shipment tracking.
  • Handle export documentation and logistics coordination (especially for Singapore and Malaysia).
  • Maintain accurate order and communication records in Excel/CRM systems.
  • Strengthen customer relationships through professional communication
  • Identify and implement process improvements to enhance customer experience and order efficiency.

Requirements:

1+ years of experience in operations, customer service, or order management.

Strong communication and interpersonal skills for handling customers and vendors.

Highly organized with strong attention to detail.

Proficiency with Excel, CRM, or order management tools.

Familiarity with export/shipping documentation is an advantage.

Nice to Have:

Experience in e-commerce, jewelry, or fashion industries.

Knowledge of international shipping and logistics.

Prior startup or fast-paced environment experience, with the ability to multitask effectively.
