  • Shipping Coordination:
  • Coordinate the timely and efficient shipping of products to customers and vendors.

Pricing Coordination:

  • Assist the sales and marketing teams by maintaining up-to-date pricing records and ensuring accurate product pricing on invoices, websites, and promotional materials.
  • Support pricing strategy development by analyzing competitor pricing, customer demands, and market trends.
  • Handle customer inquiries regarding pricing, shipping charges, and any related concerns.
  • Work closely with the finance team to ensure accurate invoicing and resolve discrepancies.
  • Conduct regular audits to ensure all pricing is consistent with company policies and agreements.
  • Prepare reports on shipping costs, pricing trends, and efficiency metrics for management review.

Administrative and Reporting:

  • Maintain detailed and accurate records of shipping activities, including cost tracking and delivery schedules.
  • Generate reports on shipping performance, pricing accuracy, and cost savings.
  • Assist in the development of shipping and pricing forecasts to ensure business targets are met.
  • Keep abreast of industry best practices and regulatory changes that may affect shipping operations and pricing strategies.

Required Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Logistics, Supply Chain Management, or related field (preferred).
  • 2+ years of experience in shipping coordination, logistics, or pricing management.
  • Strong understanding of shipping carriers, methods, and costs.
  • Familiarity with pricing strategies, cost analysis, and margin management.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint), with advanced Excel skills for reporting and data analysis.
  • Experience with logistics software and Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle) is a plus.
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to work effectively with internal teams and external partners.
  • Ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously in a fast-paced environment.
  • Liaise with carriers and third-party logistics providers to ensure optimal shipping solutions and cost management.
  • Track shipments and update customers on the status of deliveries, including resolving any shipping issues or delays.
  • Monitor and manage shipping documentation, including invoices, packing slips, and customs paperwork for international shipments.
  • Oversee inventory control related to shipping processes and ensure proper stock levels for order fulfillment.
  • Work with the warehouse team to ensure correct product packing and labeling.
  • Implement and track shipping strategies to improve efficiency and reduce costs.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹20, ₹30,000.00 per month
