  • Branch Manager (Operations & Admin) – Silver Jewellery (Wholesale)
  • We are looking for a responsible and motivated Branch Manager to lead daily operations, admin, accounts, and sales support for our silver jewellery wholesale business . This role is best suited for someone who enjoys managing teams, organizing systems, and keeping everything on track—from stock to numbers to people.
  • Key Responsibilities:

Oversee all branch activities—accounts, stock, sales, helpers, office admin

Check and verify sales/purchase entries in Tally, ERP, Excel; keep records updated

Supervise stock receipt, naming/tagging, ERP entry, regular stock audits

Help plan sales team routes, track leaves, support targets

Manage office supplies, petty cash, vendors, routine expenses

Handle customer calls, WhatsApp, Google inquiries; support follow-ups and CRM

Prepare/review compliance filings (GST, TDS, Professional Tax) with accountant

Solve daily issues, coordinate with teams, handle urgent tasks with a positive attitude

Keep digital and physical files organized, accurate, and backed up

Suggest workflow improvements; work closely with business owners

  • Who Should Apply:
  • Confident leader with branch/admin/operations experience
  • Skilled in Tally, ERP, Excel, WhatsApp, Google Drive
  • Strong in communication, team management, and problem-solving
  • Detail-oriented, honest, reliable, and open to learning
  • Experience in retail/trading/jewellery is a plus, not a must
