We are turnkey lighting designers, manufacturers, and class "A" electrical contractors, with extensive experience in internal, outdoor, architectural, façade, and industrial lighting solutions. Our notable projects include Signature Bridge, Gujarat Bhawan, H.P. Bhawan, Crafts Complex (Vasant Kunj), Vijaya Bhawan (Ministry of Commerce), and over 20 airport projects in the past decade. Job Description: We are seeking dynamic, driven professionals for Senior Sales Manager and Mid-Level Sales Executive positions, specializing in B2B and B2G project sales. The role will focus on expanding our business portfolio, especially in government and large corporate projects, with key responsibilities in business development, client relations, and project execution.
Key Responsibilities:
● Lead and manage project sales in the government (B2G) and corporate (B2B) sectors.
● Identify and target new business opportunities, focusing on CPWD, NBCC, PWD, ABI, and other government departments.
● Develop and maintain relationships with key decision-makers in EPC contractors such as Ahluwalia, Girdhari Lal, L&T, and others.
● Oversee the full sales cycle from lead generation, proposal creation, client negotiation, to closing deals.
● Collaborate closely with internal teams including design, manufacturing, and project management to ensure smooth execution of contracts.
● Achieve and exceed sales targets through effective client relationship management and project handling.
Qualifications & Skills:
● Proven experience in B2B/B2G project sales in the lighting or construction industry.
● Strong existing network and relationships with government bodies (CPWD, NBCC, PWD, ABI) and EPC contractors (Ahluwalia, Girdhari Lal, L&T, etc.).
● Experience with large-scale government tenders and corporate projects.
● Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
● Self-starter with a go-getter attitude and the ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
● Ability to travel as required to meet with clients and partners.
Job Type: Full-time
