Job Description:

We are looking for a dynamic and result-oriented Sr. Sales Manager MICE to join our team. The role involves driving sales opportunities in the B2B, B2C, and MICE segments, managing client relationships, and achieving revenue targets through proactive business development and account management.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Identify new sales opportunities and convert them into profitable business deals.
  • Respond promptly to client queries and emails with professionalism.
  • Research and analyze client business models (B2B, B2C, MICE, etc.) to identify potential opportunities.
  • Actively promote company products/services through cold calling, networking, and client engagement.
  • Prepare and deliver tailored presentations to showcase products and services.
  • Represent the company at exhibitions, roadshows, trade shows, and conferences to generate leads.
  • Manage the entire sales cycle from prospecting to closure — in coordination with internal teams.
  • Nurture existing client relationships to grow business and revenue share.
  • Achieve monthly and annual sales targets as defined by the company.
  • Address client concerns/objections effectively to ensure customer satisfaction.

Key Skills & Competencies:

  • Strong sales and business development experience in Travel, Events, or MICE industry.
  • Excellent interpersonal, negotiation, and communication skills.
  • Proven track record of achieving and exceeding sales targets.
  • Ability to conduct market research and develop new business strategies.
