HR Recruiter (Non-IT Hiring & HR Operations)

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage end-to-end non-IT recruitment across functions.
  • Source and screen candidates through job portals, and professional networks.
  • Coordinate interviews, track feedback, and ensure timely closure of open positions.
  • Collaborate with hiring managers to understand job requirements and define hiring strategies.
  • Handle HR operational activities including onboarding, documentation, and employee database management.
  • Maintain recruitment metrics and provide regular hiring status updates.
  • Support HR engagement and other operational processes as required.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
  • 2–4 years of experience in
    non-IT recruitment
    with exposure to
    HR operations
    .
  • Strong sourcing, negotiation, and coordination skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple roles with quick turnaround times and meet hiring timelines.
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
